Occupied Pre-Listing Staging Consultations

- Schedule a date & pay for the consultation.
- We meet with the seller and tour the property.
- We prepare a personalized room by room Recommendation Report or the seller can take notes during the consultation.
- The staging work, thereafter, is done by the seller or they can decide to let us take it from there to get the house staged quickly.
LEVEL 1 CONSULT:
Onsite Consultation with the seller followed by detailed personalized room by room Staging Recommendation Report.

- $225 - 2201 to 3000 sf
- $270 - 3001 to 3800 sf
- $350 - 3801 to 4600 sf
- $400 - 4601 to 5600 sf

LEVEL 2 CONSULT:
Walk-N-Talk Consultation with the seller where seller takes notes.

- $315 - 4601 to 5600 sf
