OCCUPIED SELLER CONSULTATIONS
- Contact us.
- Schedule a date & pay for the consultation.
- We meet with the seller and tour the property.
- We prepare a personalized room by room Recommendation Report or the seller can take notes during the consultation.
- The staging work, thereafter, is done by the seller or they can decide to let us take it from there to get the house staged quickly.
- We provide complimentary ongoing support to the seller throughout the preparation process.

We provide a Detailed Seller Packet during our comprehensive onsite walk-through, then we follow up with a Customized Recommendation Report which is reviewed virtually. PLUS the seller receives complimentary Ongoing Support during the preparation process through the day-of photography.
