- We meet with the seller and tour the property.
- We prepare a personalized room by room Recommendation Report or the seller can take notes during the consultation.
- The staging work, thereafter, is done by the seller or they can decide to let us take it from there to get the house staged quickly.

Detailed Seller Packet is provided during a comprehensive onsite walk-through. We follow up with a Customized Recommendation Report which is reviewed virtually. PLUS the seller receives complimentary Ongoing Support during the preparation process.
